Micha, daar ben ik helemaal mee eens. ABNAMRO en Zalm hebben grote minachting voor het mijin en dijn. Twee jaren na de bankencrisis is de mentaliteit daar nog steeds dood en dood ziek. Volstrekt logisch met Zalm.
Zalm was al die jaren vooraf ook als minister leider in het ontbreken van preventie tegen het toeslaan van de bankencrisis. De crisis heeft juist in ons land het zwaarst toegeslagen op de banken. Degenen die zich niet laten afremmen door normen en waarden komen aan de top. Zalm is daar een voorbeeld van.
Degenen die deskundig inzicht hebben en tonen dat voor de samenleving in te willen inzetten worden krampachtig buiten de deur gehouden. Ik ben daar ook, zoals jij, een voorbeeld van.
Zalm heeft de bankencrisis keihard op onze banken laten toeslaan. Gebrek aan deskundig inzicht? of opzet? om er zoals anderen stiekem speculatief rijk van te worden, hetgeen dus een zwaar misdrijf en zelfs landverraad is, waartegen wij aangifte gaan doen.
Zalm heeft destijds een zwaar misdrijf gepleegd tegen de democratie. Art 128 strafwet. Met de valse identitiet van Ayaan is het parlement gesaboteerd. Justitie weigerde vervolging, de media weigerden aandacht en op het Binnenhof weigerde men het naar de hoge raad te brengen en beweerde men dat alle parlementsleden en ministers van de valse identiteit van Ayaan wisten. Overigens wil ik er op wijzen dat Poot dit niet openlijk wilde gebruiken voor een verdeigende aanval.
Bos plaatste Zalm op een voetstuk bij de ABNAMRO. Daar moest een integer persoon geplaatst worden. Vanaf 2004 bande de PvdB binnen de PvdA mij van elke positie en elke kritiek van mij. Bos acteerde als een zeer effectieve pro VVD infiltrant intrigant. Dat was meteen al mijn mening. Met een domme AOW opmerking van 45 naar 33 zetels. Na drie jaar in de regering naar 20 zetels. De Christelijk sociale regering opgeblazen met Uruzgan opmerkingen in strijd met het staatsrecht en het NAVO verdrag. Ik heb mijn best gedaan om Bos weg te krijgen. Google maar eens BOSRAMP.
De ABNAMRO is te bezien als een zwaar criminele organisatie met misdaden tegen de mensheid. De gifgas leveranties gebankierd waarmee Sadam aangemoedigd werd. Kosten losgeslagen Sadam;; twee inzetten van de gehele NAVO, vierduizend miljard kosten voor de VS, nog meer schade voor Iran, miljoenen slachtoffers, het verlangen van alle Iraniers naar bezit van de atoombom, enorm verlies van goodwil voor het Westen en meer dan tienduizend miljard schade dat nog komt. Vanaf 1983 heb ik elk parlementslid en zoveel authoriteiten voor dat alles gewaaarschuwd. De volgens het VN rapport grootste gifgas leverancier gifgas Hans Melchers mag in Nederland ongestoord zijn gifgas half miljard verteren. De weinigen die protesteerden is door de BVD met de Wilmanmethode het leven verziekt. Dat gebeurde ook met Wilman met BVD laster bij werkgevers en familie.
De ABNAMRO wilde meedoen aan treinladingen vol valse roebels om met zo een tsunami de Sovjet economie en staat te ontwrichten. Ook de ABNAMRO bankierde voor de grote plunderaars die Rusland plunderden, de bevolking in deplorable armoede achterlieten voor Putin en hun miljarden verteren in London. Toen ik destijds daarover op de aandeelhouders vergadering begon werd mij na 20 seconden het woord ontnomen.
Meermalen al vanaf voor 2004 heb ik op de ABNAMRO aandeelhouders vergadering gewaarschuwd voor het failissement door te hoge risicos en het samengaan met Fortis in plaats van Barclays. In 2004 stelde ik meerdere parlementsleden mondeling voor een effectieve strafwet bepaling in te voeren dat de bankdirecties levenslang krijgen als met onze economie en dus ons allen in gijzeling ons allen via de staat voor redding honderden miljarden wordt afgeperst. Daar hadden ze geen zin in. Ze vonden een failissement van de ABNAMRO mijn waanidee. Jammer dat je er niet bij was Micha om het te registreren.
De ABNAMRO is in de behandeling van zijn klanten nog steeds als een horde dieven. Als ze denken dat je geld hebt wordt je gestalked door account managers. Ze willennog steeds met verliespolissen grote bedragen van je stelen. Als je honderd te veel rood staat wordt je belaagd met incassofascisme. Iemand die tachtig duizend eigendom van jouw met jurafascisme in bezit houdt, die wordt, mede met het misdrijf van inzage in jouw bankrekeningen, overtuigd om niet rechtmatig jouw eigendom in jouw bezit te stellen. Die wordt overtuigd om het geld aan hun te geven, grootgraaiende managers die vijanden zijn van de samenleving en zware criminelen die misdaden tegen de mensheid plegen en ander tuig dat je eigenlijk nooit een seconde een cent wil lenen. Overleg met een service medewerker om tot een oplossing te komen wordt absoluut geweigerd.
Met de DSB was er in zo een geval er wel een constructieve oplossing te bespreken, bij veel problematischer situaties ook. De media hebben Scheringa zwart gemaakt en de DSB is door Wellink cs vernietigd. Konden het niet verdragen dat zelfstandige ondernemer Dirk het beter deed dan de staat en ABNAMRO. Misschien ook wel wraak van Zalm omdat Dirk Zalm niet wilde heiligen met een miljoen per maand.

De super aangifte tegen een aantal nog onbekende criminelen in het establishment. Zij hebben de bankencrisis opzettelijk zo hard op de ABNAMRO en de ING laten toeslaan om er prive met short speculaties flink rijk van te worden. Bij de parlementaire enquete riepen ze samen; wir haben es nicht gewusst. Ik waarschuw al van voor 2004. Ben ik dan superman? Ik geloof het niet. Lijkt mij geloofwaardiger dat een aantal opzettelijk preventie ontmoedigd hebben. ABNAMRO topman Zalm bijvoorbeeld. Dus hierna de super aangifte.

Hooggeachte Hoofden van de FIOD ECD,
Aangifte tegen een groot aantal topmensen wegens wederrechtens verrijken op de bankencrisis en het ontduiken van de belastingen over die winsten voor hen. Tevens het verzoek om blokkades door Uw meerderen en collega’s te negeren omdat die ook verdacht zijn. Tot de verdachten behoren volgens mij ook Zalm, Bos, Wellink, Justitie SG Joris Demmink, Elco Brinkman, voorheen CEO vh ABP, andere topmensen van pensioenfondsen en andere financiele instellingen, mensen vd VEB, topmensen van banken, ministers, parlementsleden, vele vrienden en vriendinnen van hen. Zij hebben dan opzettelijk nagelaten om te voorkomen dat de bankencrisis zo hard in Nederland toe zou slaan. Of zij hebben preventie gefrustreerd met lobbies tegen preventie, zoals opmerkingen dat een failissement van de ABNAMRO een waanidee is van activisten. Vervolgens hebben zij familie en vriendinnen geadviseerd om short te gaan op bankaandelen om zo van de bankencrisis in aantocht rijk te worden. Het was mogelijk, bij bepaalde buitenlandse banken, misschien zelfs Nederlandse, met een begin van honderd duizend aan honderd miljoen te komen. Dat was mogelijk bij banken die het short gaan met geringe dekking faciliteerden en het gebruik van razendsnelle voorgeprogrammeerde opdrachten. Voor normale particulieren weigerden de Nederlandse banken dit. Zij werden verwezen naar opties.
Het is onjuist om de aangifte te negeren omdat er geen bewijslast gepresenteerd wordt. Het iis de taak van justitie en de FIOD ECD om zoveel mogelijk bewijslast te verzamelen. De landverraders hebben bij de bankencrisis honderden miljarden schade laten aanrichten aan onze Nederlandse economie. De landverraders hebben bijna de Nederlandse en Westerse economie in de afgrond laten crashen. Als de ING met de shortaanval was uitgeschakeld dan was een catastrofale paniek en kettingreaktie uitgebroken. Daarom is het de edige plicht van Justitie en de FIOD ECD om een ware klopjacht te openen, een enorme operatie van opsporing en vervolging. Daaraan moeten de middelen en menskracht besteed worden. Het incassofascisme tegen de kleine burgers is laf en volksvijandig. De steevast gratis politie inzet bij eerste poging tot huisuitzetting is laf en volksvijandig. Een politieovermacht om iemand met een paar honderd Euro onbetaalde boetes uit huis te sleuren en vast te zetten is laf en volksvijandig.
Het is onjuist om te wachten op de parlementaire enquete. Die heeft veel te weinig middelen en menskracht en gaat daardoor ook veel te langzaam. Haast met de vervolging is geboden omdat verjaring dreigt en vanwege het grootste maatschappelijk belang. Dat moeten Justitie en de FIOD dienen.
Het gaat om misdrijven in de zin van oa de Strafwet oa 70-1-1e, 350, 328 bis, de wet economische delicten en de wet financieel toezicht, oa 5.56 ev, 1-3e, 2-3, 6-1-4e. Bovendien zijn het misdrijven van belastingontduiking. Winsten zijn geen speculatiewinsten en zijn belastbaar inkomen in geval van voorwetenschap of in geval zelf actief of passief invloed op de koersvorming is uitgeoefend. De naheffing kan verhoogd worden tot tien maal de eerst verschuldigde belasting. In de eerste plaats met de hoogste boete vanwege ontduiking en tevens tot tien maal met de omkering van de bewijslast en een schatting tot het tienvoudige vanwege wat niet als te achterhalen te vermoeden is.
Er zullen vele buitenlandse reizen nodig zijn en kansen zijn, op carriere, wegpromotie. Er zullen wel vele van die misdrijven via buitenlandse en geheime rekeningen gepleegd zijn, bijvoorbeeld via Belize.. Samenwerking met Interpol en oa de IRS van de VS is ook nodig. Het uitloven van immuniteit en 10% en meer beloning voor informatie tot het achterhalen is ook nodig, gezien het grootste maatschappelijk belang.
Het openen van een grootschalige klopjacht alleen al zal zeer effectief zijn. Dat alleen al is zeer effectief om de daders grootschalig te straffen. De daders zullen namelijk vogelvrij worden. Bij de buitenlandse financiele instellingen zullen ze bloed ruiken en de daders botweg hun geld afpakken of als dat inmiddels niet meer mogelijk is af gaan persen. Veel speurders zullen flinke bedragen aangeboden krijgen op geheime buitenlandse rekeningen.
Toepassing van elk wettig middel om te bewerkstelligen dat de daders massaal flink te grazen worden genomen is van het grootste maatschappelijk belang. De daders zijn namelijk staatsgevaarlijke staatsschadelijke landverraders. De daders hebben namelijk enorme schade aan de Nederlandse samenleving laten ontstaan, honderden miljarden, op termijn biljarden. Bovendien hebben ze bijna ons bankenstelsel geheel laten vernietigen en daarmee ons financieel stelsel, onze economie en dus onze samenleving, onze welvaart en ons voortbestaan. De ING was namelijk op het randje van uitschakeling. Als dat was gebeurd dan was het een catastrofe geworden die zich had verspreid over Europa en de VS.
In aansluiting daarop aangifte tegen aanvallers van buiten Nederland. Speculanten die met biljarden speculeren, gelieerd aan Goldman, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Salamon en dat soort, hebben een grootschalige short aanval gedaan op de ING met het oogmerk de ING ten val te brengen. ING topman Hommen heeft zich uitgelaten in die richting maar zwijgt verder uit angst ergens voor. Met de moed der wanhoop van iemand die nog niet dood is maar geen leven meer heeft zet ik toch door. In het verleden is al minstens drie keer op mijn hoofd gericht en geschoten door professionele sluipschutters met geweren met infrarood telescopen en laserrichters. Als de ING omviel was het een catastrofe geworden die zich over Europa en de VS had verspreid, een honderd maal ergere bankencrisis, totale paniek, alle bankaandelen waardeloos, de DOW onder de drieduizend. De shortcrashers hadden dan niet een biljard maar meer dan tien biljard binnen gegraaid. Daarmee hadden ze vervolgens de hele in beurswaarde ingestorte wereldeconomie mee kunnen opkopen. Het is duidelijk dat de IRS, de FBI en de NSA moeten worden verzocht om grootschalige vervolging. Dat is van het grootste maatschappelijk belang omdat het gevaar daarvan nog steeds extreem groot is. De verwachte aardbevings catastrofe in Tokyo of conflict met Iran is voldoende voor beurspaniek als kans voor de shortcrashers om toe te slaan. Er zijn meer kansen op beurspaniek, bijvoorbeeld een Tjernobyl in de EU of de VS, of een catastrofale aardbeving aldaar, een atoomaanval door Noord Korea, etc.
Tevens aangifte tegen de Taliban, krijgsheren en andere terroristen. Strafwet art. 121 ea. De verdenking is dat zij destijds minister Wouter Bos hebben bedreigd om de Nederlandse aftocht door te drukken. Bos is dan, begrijpelijk, zo bang dat hij het zelfs niet in geheim durft te melden bij de nationale coordinator terrorisme bestrijding. Dat maakt Bos iets minder verwijtbaar dat Bos in strijd met het staatsrecht en het NAVO verdrag geacteerd heeft. Niemand kan mij dit als vriendendienst voor Bos verwijten. Google maar eens Bosramp. In het bijzonder de Nederlandse aanwezigheid was de krijgsheren een doorn in het oog omdat de Nederlandse aanpak relatief zeer effectief bleek in het de bevolking loskweken van de Taliban, krijgsheren en andere terroristen. Nederland heeft in verhouding tot de militaire bestedingen een relatief zeer hoog bedrag aan andere hulp besteed. Het Nederlandse voorbeeld willen ze absoluut niet algemeen opgevolgd zien door andere NAVO partners en de VS. De Taliban lacht ons botweg uit met de verklaring dat ze wensen dat de PvdA weer in de regering komt.

Topmensen betrachtten de grootste minachting voor en bespuging van het instituut Staten Generaal, de democratie en de grondwet en andere wettten.
Een voorbeeld is Zalm en het zware misdrijf volgens Strafwet art. 128, dat inmiddels verjaard is. Naar zeggen van meerdere parlementsleden wist iedereen op en rondom het Binnenhof er van. Justitie heeft hardnekkig vervolging geweigerd. Het parlement en het kabinet hebben hardnekkig er niet eens over vergaderd en gestemd om de zaak aan de hoge raad voor te leggen. Grondwet 119. VVDer Ayaan saboteerde het parlement met haar valse identiteit. VVDer Zalm heeft aan de media toegegeven dat hij er van wist. De media zwegen hardnekkig.
Een recenter voorbeeld is Wilders uit de VVD. Wilders ging opzettelijk naar London om via de media strafbaar maniacale laster de wereld in te slingeren. Wilders stigmatiseert systematisch een grote minderheid met een bepaald geloof. Hitler is destijds ook daarmee begonnen. Ook hier wordt vervolging van Wilders en zijn organisatie hardnekkig geweigerd door Justitie en de leden van het parlement en het kabinet. Ook in dit geval zwijgen de media hardnekkig.
De VVD lijkt een kweekvijfer voor zwaar criminele politici.
Een vierde VVDer, Bolkesteijn, lijkt het allerergste soort crimineel. Hij hield in 1983 en erna als minister van EZ zeer hardnekkig de deur open voor de leveranties aan gifgas Sadam. Volgens het VN rapport was gifgas Hans Melchers werelds grootste leverancier aan gifgas Sadam. De gevolgen kennen we: miljoenen slachtoffers, tweemaal inzet van de hele NAVO, vierduizend miljard kosten voor de VS, nog meer schade voor Iran, de vermeende wil van Iran om een nukleaire wapenmacht te worden, rara waarom, nog grotere ellende dat nog komt, meer dan tien biljard kosten en schade, nog meer slachtoffers,etc. Voor al dat waarschuwde ik in 1983 elk parlementslid individueel. Nadien heeft de geheime dienst met de Wilmanmethode er voor gezorgd dat ik geen leven meer heb, met stoken bij werkgevers, familie, instanties en vriendinnen. Ingenieur Wilman kreeg bewijzen van dit soort misdaden tegen hem. Eerlijke mensen die geen eerlijke baan krijgen die worden gedwongen tot dwangarbeid zoals in fel oranje vestjes papiertjes verzamelen in de berm. Gifgas Hans Melchers mag echter ongestoord in Nederland zijn gifgas half miljard verteren.
Vijfde VVDer Jorritsma heeft met grove leugens, ook bij de rechters van de Raad van State, de HSL en de Betuweroute laten doordrukken. Het zijn monumenten van miljardenverspilling die nog steeds bijna niet gebruikt worden. Het was alleen een zegen voor de vriendjes aannemers van Jorritsma en haar man aannemer. Alle media zwijgen hardnekkig.
Als er flink wordt gegraven zullen meerdere topmensen zwaar crimineel ongedierte blijken te zijn, staatsgevaarlijke staatsvijandige staatsschadelijke landverraders. Gaan we het ongedierte uitroeien of laten we het ongedierte nog sneller onze toekomst vernietigen.
Er zijn algemeen beschuldigingen bekend dat Justitie topambtenaar Joris Demmink kinderen verkracht heeft. Toch mag SG Demmink blijven. In ruil daarvoor blokkeren Demmink en zijn binnen gehaalde vrienden de vereiste vervolging van Ayaan, Wilders en Zalm en zwaar criminele topmensen, waarvan het nog niet vastgesteld is dat ze opzettelijk landverraders zijn.
Het ABP had de ING makkelijk kunnen redden, oa door de ING aandelen op te kopen. Die stonden door de short crash aanval zeer laag op de beurs. Het opkopen was ook in het belang van het ABP zelf. Dan had de ING geen strafmaatregelen gehad van de EU commissie. Het ABP onder leiding van Elco Brinkman deed echter niets. De media zwijgen er over.
De VEB heeft hardnekkig de fatale fusie tussen ABNAMRO en Fortis doorgedrukt. Groenink wilde Barclays en daarbij was de ABNAMRO niet failliet gegaan.
De beginoorzaak van de Bijlmerramp was het slordig mengen van te veel LPG in de kerosine. De parlementaire enquete en Justitie en de media weigerden echter hardnekkig er op in te gaan. Nadat de Boeing onderzoeker er van op de hoogte was gesteld is hij met afpersing te grazen genomen om te zwijgen.
De Shell Pernis raffinaderij heeft jaren lang de kernenergiewet overtreden met radioactieve luchtvervuiling. Die luchtvervuiling was ook chemisch uiterst schadelijk. Ondanks meerdere procedures bij de Raad van State weigerden de authoriteiten en de media er op in te gaan. Zo ook bij ook een criminele overtreding van de kernenergiewet door de kerncentrale Borselle. En nu zijn er voorschriften ingevoerd waarbij de situatie veel gevaarlijker is dan bij Tjernobyl.
De klokkenluiders zoals bouwfraude Bos, van Buitene en landmacht Spijker, het is algemeen bekend dat van Klokkenluiders het leven vernietigd wordt. Er was grote verdenking van grote betrokkenheid van overheids dienaren bij grootschalige import van heroine en cocaine. Men zal de parlementaire enquete van Traa wel vergeten zijn. Daarna verongelukte van Traa, zogenaamd een ongeluk. Nooit is onderzocht naar de chips van het motormanagement en het ABS van de ongeluksauto. Ijzervreetster Justitie minister Ien Dales overleed ook relatief jong aan een hartaanval. Ook werd het huis van een bewindspersoon justitie opgeblazen.
Bij de parlementaire bankencrisis enquete beweerden de topmensen collectief dat ze de bankencrisis niet zo hadden zien aankomen, dus dat ze voldoende deskundig inzicht ontbreekt. Gelooft U het? Als dat zo is, waarom wordt iemand hardnekkig geweerd die wel voldoende deskundig inzicht in het algemeen belang heeft getoond. Vanaf 2004 en ervoor waarschuwde ik al voor het failissement van de ABNAMRO. Men vond het mijn waanidee. Mijn waarschuwingen zijn hardnekkig verzwegen door de aanwezige media en vertegenwoordigers van de pensioenfondsen en gecensureerd uit de notulen van de aandeelhouders vergaderingen. Meerdere parlementsleden sprak ik aan met het voorstel van levenslange gevangenis voor bankdirecteuren. Dat als met ons allen in gijzeling via de staat van ons allen vele miljarden voor redding wordt afgeperst. Het is toch hoogst merkwaardig dat al die falers ongestoord hun riante positie, inkomen en vermogen mogen houden. Alle Nederlanders zijn elk gemiddeld meer dan dertig duizend kwijt, honderd duizenden zijn tonnen kwijt. En dan te weten hoe men reageert als een junk hun autoradio van honderd Euro steelt.
Het profiteren van de bankencrisis was vaak sluwe grootschalige diefstal. Goldman smeerde beleggers beleggingen in hypotheken aan waarvan Goldman verwachtte dat ze sterk zouden dalen. Grote speculanten gelieerd aan Goldman kregen van Goldman papieren die in waarde verveelvoudigden toen de waarde van de hypotheekbeleggingen instortte. De strafvervolging van Goldman is afgedaan met een schikking van een half miljard. Dat wordt als een koopje beschouwd.
Goldman, Morgan, Salamon en dat soort maken enorme winsten bekend. De totaalsom van de uitgekeerde vele bonussen is nog gigantischer. Wat de gelieerde grote speculanten binnen geplunderd hebben is een duizelingwekkende totaalsom in de grootte van een biljard. Waar komt het vandaan? Van meer dan een miljard (pensioen)sparende hardwerkende burgers. Die zijn echter een veelvoud kwijt geraakt aan de schade aangericht door de plunderende grote speculanten, elk tienduizenden tot miljoenen. De totaalschade is in de grootte van dertig biljard.
Het gaat dus om een zeer grootschalige plunderende diefstal met een veelvoudige schade.
Gefrustreerde tieners die een bushokje beschadigen wordt zonder genade de toekomst vernietigd met een strafblad. Waarom mogen de grote criminelen ongestoord de gestolen miljoenen en miljarden verteren? Er moet zelfs van uitgegaan worden dat Lehman Brothers Nederland opzettelijk volgepompt is met financiele rotzooi dat in de VS verboden is. Het was opzet om Lehman te vernietigen om de grote kettingreaktie te starten. Honderdduizenden beleggers zijn in Lehman Nederland alleen al van 39 miljard bestolen. Waarom zit de top van Lehman Nederland niet voor levenslang vast? Zij hebben onze economie enorme schade aangericht. De vijanden van onze staat hebben met grootschalige shortaanvallen geprobeerd de ABNAMRO en de ING te vernietigen. De shortcrashers hebben daarmee honderden miljarden schade aangericht. Zij zagen dat Nederland wederom de zwakke plek was in de verdediging in de wereld. De bedoeling was een catastrofale kettingreaktie te starten met een wereldwijde beurscrash met een DOW onder de drieduizend. Daar wilden de shortcrashers gigantisch biljarden dollars op cashen. Zij hebben onze Nederlandse economie driehonderd miljard schade aangericht en internationaal dertig biljard. De honderd maal ergere crisis die zij wilden bewerkstelligen had de Westerse economie voor tien jaren op de bodem van de put laten voortstrompelen. Inditement of a number of top officials because of, with offending the law, enriching themselves on the banking crisis and not paying the obligated taxes on their profits. Also a request to ignore blokkades by fellow workers and superiors because they also are suspects. My opinion is that suspects are also Zalm, Bos, Wellink, Justice topman Joris Demmink, Elco Brinkman, before CEO of the Dutch pension fund ABP, other top officials of pension funds and other financial organisations, officials of the VEB, top officials of banks, ministers, members of parliament, many friends and girl friends of them. Deliberatly they have omitted prevention against the banking crisis hitting Dutch banks so hard. Or they have frustrated prevention with a lobby against prevention, such as comments that a possible collaps of the ABNAMRO is a halicunation of activists. Proceeding they have advised family and girl friends to go short on bank stocks to become rich on the coming banking crisis. It was possible, at particular foreign banks, perhaps also Dutch banks, to accumulate hundred million with a start of hundred thousand. That was possible at banks that required only a small margin on shorts and the use of very fast preprogrammed orders. To the average private persons the banks refused these services. They pointed them to options.
Also inditement against the involved accountacy companies like Ernst and Young and its top officials. These accountants have given fiat to the proceedings at the banks, totally wrong as we know now. The accountants fave fiat while they knew they had insufficient transparancy and too much risk was being taken with the money of the clients and the banking duties to the society. Sure there are at least some at Ernst and Young and other accountancies who made considerable private profits on the crash of the bank shares. Sure there are among those with the profits bluntly on their own name because of their arrogant distorted vision on civil values. Sure they did not pay inkome tax over that despite these inkomes lean on knowledge and inside info from the profession they have.
It would be misplaced to ignore these inditements with the argument that no proof is presentend. It is the duty of the prosecution department and the tax prosecution department to collect as much as possible proof. The betrayers of their own country have allowed hundreds of billions of damage to be caused to our Dutch economy. The betrayers have almost allowed the Dutch and the whole West economy to be crashed in the absys. If the ING bank had been put out of business with the shorts attack, then a catastrofal panic and chean reaction would have been caused. Therefore it is the oathed duty of the (fiscal) prosecution department to start a large hunt down, a huge operation of investigation and prosecution. Resources and labour force should be used for that. The incassofascism against small citicens is cowardous and hostile to the people. Police is deployed, on expense of the state, also at every first attempt to put people out of their home because of problems with paying rent. That is cowardous and hostile to the people. It is about crimes according to also article 70-1-1e, 350, 328bis penal law, the law on financial crimes and the law on financial authorities, article 5.56 etc., 1-3e, 2-3, 6-1-4e. Also it are crimes of not paying tax. Profits are no tax-free speculation profits and tax should be payed in case of inside information and in case of passive or active influence on the values of the shares. The levy can be risen to ten times the original obligated tax with fine and with demanding evidence from the offenders that they did not secretly made more profits. Their profits can be estimated ten times more than about what evidence has been found.
Many foreign trips will be needed for investigation and there will be opportunities for career and being promoted to be taken of the investigation. Many financial crimes will be committed via foreign and secret accounts, for example Belize.. Co-operation with Interpol and the IRS of the USA is also needed. Promises of immunity and 10% or more reward for information is also needed, because of the huge public importance.

It is clear that the IRS, the FBI and the NSA have to be asked for a huge operation of research and prosecution. The expected catastrofal earthquake in Tokyo or conflict with Iran is sufficient for panic on the financial markets as an opportunity for the short crahsers to attack. There are more possibilities for panic on the financial markets, for example a Tjernobyl in the EU or the USA, or a catastrofal earthquake there, or a nuclear attack by N-Korea, etc.
